Dozens of dead and wounded in the bombing of "Manchester Arena" .. And London confirms that he is a terrorist

Twenty-two people were killed and around 60 others wounded Monday night by a bomb blast in a concert hall in the northern city of Manchester.

British police said the motive for the attack was terrorist, while the bomber was killed, and potential partners were being sought.

"We think at this point that the attack was carried out by one man," Manchester Police Chief Ian Hopkins told a news conference. "We give priority to whether he acted alone or within a network."

Witnesses heard an explosion at the Manchester Arena in Britain, where American singer Ariana Grande was performing a concert.

"The police responded to reports of an incident at Manchester Arena, please stay away from the area," Greater Manchester police wrote on Twitter.
